Robert Tester, owner
Robert has been improving homes since 1991. He worked to pay for his education at East Tennessee State University where he obtained his bachelors degree in Engineering Design Graphics Technology. After college he had various career changes including construction, graphic design, business owner and sales.
In 2010, he began teaching Construction Technology at Science Hill High School and has found this career to be very rewarding and it allows him to be a positive, male role-model in the lives of students. Since then he has obtained a Master's degree in teaching from ETSU, a Tennessee state contractors license, and a business license for his home improvement business, PrecisionWorks. Robert has been married to his college sweetheart, Sheilan for 29 years. They have two beautiful daughters; one married her best friend and the other is dating a young man with integrity and strong character. Robert's personal life revolves around God, family and building relationships.

Brody began working with PrecisionWorks in 2023. He is a graduate of Science Hill High School where he concentrated in construction technology. He currently holds the position of production manager where he oversees day-to-day operations and scheduling.

Hi, I’m Bennett Baines and I graduated from Northeast State community college in 2025. I started working in construction in 2022 and have been loving it ever since. I plan to build my career in this field and learn the most I can through my experience. In my free time I like to hang out with friends, go to the gym, and I love to get outdoors and go on a hike.

My name is Reid Bishop, and I am a graduate of Science Hill High School, where I focused on construction and electrical studies. I am currently pursuing further education at Northeast State Community College. In April 2024, I began working with PrecisionWorks, where I continue to build hands-on experiences. My passion for framing and carpentry was sparked during my high school courses, and I am dedicated to developing my skills and pursuing a career in the construction industry.

Jack Brun
Jack holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeast State Community College and has successfully earned his Limited Licensed Electrician (LLE) license. Outside of his professional work, Jack is passionate about live music scenes and performs in bands around the Tri-Cities and Knoxville area.

CADE FLEEMAN
Cade is a former collegiate football player at East Tennessee State University, where he is currently pursuing a four-year degree in Criminal Justice. He also serves as the leader of Plan 242, a college ministry at Mountain View Baptist Church, with nearly 30 members.
Cade brings a strong work ethic and team-first mentality to the jobsite every day. He takes pride in working hard, doing the job right, and keeping morale high among the crew.
