Robert has been improving homes since 1991. He worked to pay for his education at East Tennessee State University where he obtained his bachelors degree in Engineering Design Graphics Technology. After college he had various career changes including construction, graphic design, business owner and sales.
In 2010, he began teaching Construction Technology at Science Hill High School and has found this career to be very rewarding and it allows him to be a positive, male role-model in the lives of students. Since then he has obtained a Master's degree in teaching from ETSU, a Tennessee state contractors license, and a business license for his home improvement business, PrecisionWorks. Robert has been married to his college sweetheart, Sheilan for 29 years. They have two beautiful daughters; one married her best friend and the other is dating a young man with integrity and strong character. Robert's personal life revolves around God, family and building relationships.

Brody began working with PrecisionWorks in 2023. He is a graduate of Science Hill High School where he concentrated in construction technology. He currently holds the position of production manager where he oversees day-to-day operations and scheduling.
My name is Jack Brun, and I am a graduate of Science Hill High School with a concentration in electrical studies. I am currently enrolled at Northeast State Community College, where I am furthering my knowledge of electrical principles. I have been gaining hands-on experience with PrecisionWorks for over a year. Growing up in a family deeply involved in construction fostered my passion for the industry and I am committed to expanding my skills as I pursue a long-term career in the electrical and construction field.
My name is Reid Bishop, and I am a graduate of Science Hill High School, where I focused on construction and electrical studies. I am currently pursuing further education at Northeast State Community College. In April 2024, I began working with PrecisionWorks, where I continue to build hands-on experiences. My passion for framing and carpentry was sparked during my high school courses, and I am dedicated to developing my skills and pursuing a career in the construction industry.
